I have toyed with the idea to create a blog for some time. Between kids, work, lack of creativity, inability to think of wise and wonderful things to say, and my inability to make decisions, I haven't followed through. Now that I am a stay-at-home mom (first time not working since high school...yikes!) I thought this may be the best time.
This idea has been in the back of my mind for a couple of months now. But how to pick a name? As I was cleaning (man I never knew how much there was to do at home! We must have lived in a complete pig sty prior to this), Random Ramblings of a Mama popped in my head. Partially thanks to my sweet L who calls me Mama when she wants something. :) And partially from the random thoughts I had.
So here we are today. Kids are asleep, I am checking my grocery list and thought I would give it a try (since I believe I have adult onset ADHD. I can never focus on one activity). Low and behold...Random Ramblings was available! Hmmm...is it because it isn't a good name?
As of today, my scope of this blog is to write my random thoughts and ideas as I navigate through my new role as a stay-at-home mama and to document the great things my kids say and do.
